He went to John the Baptist, John was baptising people in water, and when Jesus went to him, John baptised Jesus fully underwater. When Jesus came up out of the water, the Holy Spirit descended on him in the form of a dove, and a voice from the Father said, “This is my Son, whom I love; with Him, I am well pleased.”
