So where are you? (1)Maybe you have not having repented toward God, (2)maybe you have a repentant heart already, but you have never been baptised on your own faith, or you were baptised only as a symbol, or you were baptised into the membership of a church. (3)Maybe you were baptised but have never received the Holy Spirit, (4)(or maybe) you are fully Born Again, spirit-led and obeying the commands of Jesus.
